How can Parents use the Skoolbeep app for their children?

1) As a parent how to Login in the Skoolbeep app from the Mobile?

Step 1 : Go to Play store and click on Search option and type SKOOLBEEP and download and install it.

  

                                      

               

Step 2 : After downloading the app, open the app, Login page of the Skoolbeep app will be visible,

1) In the home page Enter mobile Number dialog box will be visible. Provide your registered Mobile Number (or) Mail Id.

                                        

2) And Click on Request OTP 

                                                  

3) You will receive an OTP with 6 digit number and it will be valid till 2 minutes.

   Enter the received OTP number and click on submit option

    And you will able to login the School Organization.

                                              

2) How to check the Group messages in the app sent from the School?

Step 1: After logging in School organization name with the logo will be visible with the Communication part,  

           

 . Click on Message

                                                 

Step 2 : And click on Group message
             The Message sent from the School will be visible

                                                         

3) How to check the private message and reply back to the School?

Step 1 : Click on Message

                                                     

Step 2 : And click on Private Message

                                                          

                                                                 

Step 3 : Click on any Particular Message 

                                                 

                                                         

Step 4 : The message will be visible and in the below you will be able to reply back to the School with the attachment also.

                         

                                                        

4) How to use the Calendar and set a reminder if there is any event sent from the School?

Step 1 : Click on the Calendar

                                                      

Step 2 : The Holidays, Events and Invitation of the School Mentioned will be appeared in different colors

.Click on the Plus icon

                                             

Step 3 : Click to Set Reminder of any event or holiday or invitation.

                                           

                                                        

Step 4 : Set the date and time and Click on set Reminder

                                                 

5) How to sync the Calendar to the Mobile device?

Step 1 : Click on the Calendar

                                                       

                                                           

Step 2 : Click the Plus Icon on any of the event or holiday mentioned

                                                          

Step 3 : Click on Sync Calendar

                                                          

Step 4 : Select the appropriate dates and sync to your calendar and click on save option

    

                                               

6) How to use the Transport and track the location from the Mobile?

 Step 1 : Click on Transport

                                   

Step 2 : The route which your children is traveling will be on the Screen and the route will be stopped if the vehicle is not yet started from the School.

                                                  

Step 3 : Once if the vehicle starts from the School, You will receive a notification with that you can Track the location from the mobile.

                                               

                                               

                                        

                                            

Step 4 : Once the Trip is completed or Started you will receive a message in the group message and also with the notification.

                                                             

                                                           

7) How to use the Report cards and how to download the report card?

Step 1 : Click on the Report card

                                                       

Step 2 : Select the Report card and click the download option to download the report card

                                                     

8) How to use the Fees and check the paid and due amount?

Step 1 : Click on the Fees

 

                                                   

Step 2 : The Fees of your children will be visible 

  

                                                       

Step 3 : Click on any particular Fees to check the amount paid and due.

                                                     

9) How to make a payment Transaction of the Fees in the Mobile?

Step 1 : Click on the Fees

                                               

Step 2 : Click on the payment which is unpaid and click on the check box 
Click proceed

                                           

Step 3 : Select the Payment method and click proceed

                                                             

Step 4: If you select UPI method Fill the details and make the payment 

                                      

Step 5 : If you Select Net Banking Method, Select the bank name and make the payment
And this is how you will be able to make the Transaction.

                                              

10) How to download a Fee receipt of the Which the payment is done?

Step 1 : Click on the Fees

                                             

Step 2 : If the Student has paid the Amount the transaction has a receipt option click on that and download the Receipt

                                                     

Step 3 : Or Click the Student transaction done

                                                      

Step 4 : In the below click download Receipt and you can downloaded it.
